When do I get my account ?
Assessment Accounts
When your payment is processed, usually within 15 minutes, you will receive an email from us. It will contain a link and credentials to your trading dashboard, where you can download your trading platform and begin your trading journey with us. If you do not receive your credentials, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will resend the details to you.
Trading Our Capital Accounts
Once you have completed your assessment, we will fund your live trading account with our capital and send you the new account details. You will need to provide KYC details to trade with our Capital.
If you do not receive any emails, please check your spam filters and if you are still having issues, please reach out to us and we will help you quickly,
What are the dealing charges?
Having worked in the trading industry for 20 years, we have selected a partner who is one of the biggest brokers in the world, Eightcap. They offer industry-leading spreads as low as 0.00 on Forex majors and minimal commission charges. We selected them to give you access to markets and liquidity at rates ordinarily available to banks and hedge funds.
When do I get paid out?
Once you are trading our capital, you can choose to get paid out whenever you wish. Pay-outs can be done once every 30 days on whichever day you choose; We will send 75% of the profits generated to your designated bank account. Please send us an email and we will process the funds straight away. If you want to leave your earnings in the account to trade a bigger size, you are welcome to scale your account.
How do I check my progress?
All Trading Metrics are stored in your Dashboard. It can be accessed here ( tocdashboard.propaccount.com ). The credentials to log on will be sent to you when you sign up.
What markets can I trade?
We give you access to the major Forex, Index, commodity, shares, and Crypto markets; a complete list from our broker partner can be found here.
Can I use EA's
You can use EAs and other indicators if they meet the rules of the account, for example, placing a stop loss and the maximum lot size.
Are you Trading Our Capital?
Yes, when you have passed your assessment, you will be funded with our capital and will be executing trades in the real markets alongside other market participants.
Can I take advantage of stale prices and system issues to make money?
We are looking for traders who can make money in the market through disciplined and consistent trading. Sometimes brokers and the markets will suffer technical difficulties. If this is the case, we reserve the right to cancel unfairly placed trades. A complete list of the terms and conditions will be emailed to you when you purchase your assessment,
What happens if I hit the daily Stop Rule or the Maximum Drawdown Rule?
The positions on your account will be liquidated, and you will lose access to the account.
If this happens, you will need to go through the assessment process again to access our Capital. Also, if you are inactive for 30 days, we will close your account.
What countries are allowed?
We want traders from across the globe. Currently we do not accept from Iran, Ivory Coast, North Korea.
